Palm Beach County commercial and residential real estate

Palm Beach County has absorbed a decade of in migration from out of state, and it shows in the office and medical office market. We represent owners, investors, landlords, and tenants from Boca Raton north through Jupiter and west through the inland corridors.

The Market

Office demand, medical growth, and western industrial

Office and medical office are stronger here than in much of the region, supported by relocating companies and a population that keeps growing. Industrial has pushed into the western corridors where land is still available, and retail follows the coastal city centers from Boca Raton up through Jupiter.

The county is large and the markets differ sharply. Boca Raton office and Lake Worth industrial are not the same market, and a valuation that blends them is not useful. We price at the market level.

Palm Beach County questions owners ask

Is office still leasing in Palm Beach County?

It holds up better here than in many markets, supported by companies relocating into the county. Performance varies by market and building class, which is why we price at the market level.

Where is industrial being built?

Primarily in the western corridors where land remains available, while older inland industrial closer to the coast continues to be repositioned.
