Bridget Brown is a Property Manager with The DeMarco Real Estate Group, bringing more than six years of experience in commercial real estate and property management.

She manages a diverse portfolio that includes office buildings, retail spaces, and industrial properties, with a focus on improving property performance, maintaining strong tenant relationships, and supporting long-term asset value.

Bridget’s experience includes strategic leasing, financial analysis, vendor coordination, proactive maintenance, and day-to-day tenant communication. Her detail-oriented approach helps property owners maintain high occupancy, protect their investments, and provide a positive experience for tenants.

Originally from Indiana, Bridget lived in New York before relocating to Florida in 1999. She has been with RE/MAX for more than six years and currently manages approximately 300,000 square feet of property. She also holds a background in Business Management from Broward College and is a recipient of the RE/MAX Executive Club Award.
