Originally from New York, Heather relocated to Florida in 2004 and brings over 20 years of experience in commercial and multifamily property management.
Throughout her career, she has overseen diverse real estate portfolios across Florida, Texas, and Georgia, leading property operations, financial performance, capital improvements, and high-performing teams for large residential communities.
Heather previously served on the Board of Directors for the Southeast Florida Apartment Association and formerly held the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM) professional designations. She earned a Bachelor of Science in International Relations with a minor in Economics from Florida State University.
Heather is passionate about building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional property operations, and creating positive experiences for both property owners and tenants.
