John DeMarco is the President and founder of The DeMarco Real Estate Group® and RE/MAX 5 Star Realty in Hollywood, Florida. Since beginning his real estate career in 2006, John has become one of South Florida’s highest-producing professionals across both commercial and residential real estate. Under his leadership, John and his team have sold or leased more than $1 billion in real estate.
John’s entry into real estate began through entrepreneurial ventures in property development and property management. At age 21, he launched a successful career with RE/MAX after leaving corporate America to pursue a path built on hard work, belief, and resolve.
