DeMarco Real Estate sends relief-filled U-Haul to Hurricane Milton survivors

Realtors from the DeMarco Real Estate Group and RE/MAX 5 Star Realty recently loaded up a 26-foot U-Haul truck with food, water and other emergency supplies and sent it to the Tampa Bay area to help those impacted by Hurricane Milton.

The truck left from the Sam’s Club in Sunrise, Florida, on Oct. 22.

“Over the weekend, we received a call from a family member of one of our agents, sharing that many of her neighbors and fellow church members in the Sarasota/Siesta Key area were still short on hurricane supplies after being hit hard by Hurricane Milton,” said John DeMarco, broker/owner of RE/MAX 5 Star and team leader/president of DeMarco Real Estate. “It was amazing to see the team jump into action. We filled a 26-foot U-Haul truck with supplies, and today, our property-management team delivered it.”
