Alena is the Director of Operations for The DeMarco Real Estate Group with RE/MAX 5 Star Realty, which was recognized nationally as the number one commercial real estate team. Originally from Russia, Alena has lived and worked in Broward County since 2011. Specializing in the South Florida real estate market, Alena has closed transactions in both residential and commercial sectors, representing national and international clientele.
With an academic background in business administration and finance from Florida International University, and now an Accredited Commercial Professional (ACP) and a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO), Alena demonstrates deep knowledge of all aspects of the property underwriting process, including analyzing financial statements, evaluating due diligence materials and reports, as well as forecasting and strategizing investment performance.
Alena was inducted into the prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2024 and has received annual recognition awards such as the RE/MAX 100% Club Award and the RE/MAX Executive Club Award for the volume of closed real estate transactions. A dedicated leader, Alena has led the team to achieve multiple career awards including the RE/MAX Pinnacle Team Award, the Costar Power Broker Award, and the Crexi Platinum Broker Award, among others.
